Raw pipeline stage (raw_t0p005/)
The raw intermediate pipeline stage: NAMRIA shapefiles converted to GeoJSON by namria_converter.py (Douglas-Peucker simplify, 0.005°), before any PSGC enrichment.
The raw tier is the intermediate source stage of Pipeline B: NAMRIA shapefiles converted to GeoJSON by namria_converter.py, before any PSGC enrichment. It is kept in-repo for traceability — most users should use the curated hierarchical per-class files instead.
What it is
adm0–adm4.geojson — the NAMRIA administrative-boundary shapefiles (v2023-11-06), converted to GeoJSON and simplified (Douglas-Peucker, default tolerance 0.005°). No PSGC properties are present yet; only the original NAMRIA attributes.
Intermediate pipeline stage — most users want the curated hierarchical per-class files instead.

The conversion runs Douglas-Peucker simplification at a default tolerance of 0.005° (hence the _t0p005 directory name). Full parameters are in Pipeline B.
